/About The CLD Trust

The CLD Trust is a registered charity and was established in 1994. Our counselling service is accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and we subscribe to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy a copy of which can be viewed here BACP Ethical Framework   We also provide a range of services to schools, colleges and businesses. We also have the Herefordshire acqA accreditation for quality.

Our counselling staff are all professionally trained and qualified and have significant experience and specialisms.  We are able to offer a variety of counselling therapy including brief sessional therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, specialist substance misuse and art therapy.

Staff working on our Employability and Support programmes have professional careers guidance, coaching and mentoring qualifications and significant employment expertise.

All professional staff receive regular case management and clinical supervision.

Services are provided from our offices in Hereford where we have a suite of therapy rooms and also in a variety of locations including schools and colleges, GP surgeries, community venues and businesses.

The Trust has a Board of Trustees whose wide variety of skills and expertise help us to continue to develop our services to meet the needs of people across Herefordshire and the surrounding areas.
